Dermatologists nowadays are shit compared to doctors. A "good" doctor will usually do one or two copes based on acne before jumping straight to accutane and if you already have a strong retinoid theres a good chance you just get accutane or tret.
So what do you recommend doing?

GP can't prescribe isotretinoin in a majority of countries.
If you're looking to get straight into accutane ,there are indiaMART vendors that are more convenient to order from. I also recommend absorica instead of regular isotretinoin.
