Imagine weighing less than the average foidi dont know but i went from 72.5kg to 50kg and i lost fat from my belly the most, to a lesser extent from my face and then after that from my pubic region and the least amount of fat being lost was my forearms. i know there was a difference on my forearms because i could see vascularity increased; the veins on my forearms were more noticable. now im back to 69kg though so ive gained most of the fat i lost.

Hey bro this is recently so not much tbh I’m recomping (been out of the gym for a while). Earlier when I trimmed from 86kg to 73 ish, I had the same pattern of fat loss (that was through russian kettlebell swings though, not gym). And from that, my lats, traps, quads and glutes popped nicely as well. So its more so about muscles framing fatty regions at the same time losing fat. This happens with beginners / out of season bodies.How much did you lose?

depends on your metabolism. i used to eat a lot so when i started dieting properly i started burning more calories too. basically just low carb and hella protein. had a limit of 1.8-2k calories plus workout routineHow?
