where do i apply volufilline?

Just got my bottle. Mainly for undereyes and above. Where should i apply it tho, on my dark circles? And on the upper eyelid? How often should i apply it?

it doesnt matter that much if you want less circle apply to cicle, if you want a higher under eye apply it to the lid
