Accutane is toxic for ur body and has to be supervised by a doctor with regular checkups.

If u can’t get it prescribed u prob don’t need it and theres other alternatives like oral antibiotics + creams

This is some kind of eczema or rosacea not acne bro. Try using a good moisturizer like vanicream and then Aveeno eczema therapy with colloidal oatmeal on top
