In the US you can go to any animal feed store and get the paste for a few dollars. It's the same active ingrediant as the much more expensive pills from a doctor

Call any veterinarian, they have plenty of it. Read composition of medicines carefully before buying some companies include vitamin E or selenium in ivermectin. This shit can cause problems with the place u injecting it.
