I had a good place before i used to study osteoblast and osteoclast formation, and badically all ways to increase bonemass, but just google and eventually you’ll find a good source.

books are cope mostly, unless you really into philosophy, other than that you can learn shit faster and better without books

You should study more about anatomy and biology overall
Check NCBI and many other websites ( eg. Pubmed )
Go out , try figuring out new skills
Read any book you find interesting.

And always keep searching about what comes on your mind and do a deep dive to know as much as you can about it.
