Buy online or try and get a prescription from a naturopath. I think if you purposefully crash your IGF-1 by fasting and low sleep they will just prescribe it to you. I hear these places are especially quick to prescribe you HGH as long as ur marginally on the lower side of the recommended IGF-1 values.
