Late reply but best option and most realistic one is to work a normal job, it would be the best if you could do a higher paying job and spend as little as possible. Save money on the side so you can survive later when you can’t go to work for months. Take a loan of 50-60k and go for it. Later you can payoff that loan when you’re able to walk and work normally. Or if you can do like a remote job and then you can still work while home recovering.
That’s I feel like the fastest way to do it. But I would go to Turkey, they are known for ll, and find a good clinic that can help you with all of that.
