Creams are too inferior go for oral supplements

nah, chemical depigmentation creams are much more effective as there are no oral supplements on the market whose main purpose is to depigment (most of them if not all just inhibit tyrosinase as a side effect).
also i read that michael jackson whitened his skin using monobenzone + hydroquinone
