I take the "Doctors Best" (mine is a mix of glucosamine, collagen, msm, and chondroitin), and I always notice my nails grow quicker, my skin looks better, and my hair is nicer. It's expensive, but probably worth the investment.

I had less hair falling out though, which made my hair fuller IMO.
