yeah on paper, but croatian cops are generally bored so finding drugs on someone is very fun to them, they will beat the shit out of you and since this is not america you cant do much about it

for where to find it, try bigger beaches like bacvice, ovcice and firule, there js talk to people who look like they have it, go at evenings tho.

im not really experienced with drugs but split is really full of sellers so it should not be too hard
