Im a greycel and im new to all this, i have strict parents and I live in australia where fucking everything is illegal so its hard for me to get stuff like roids, peptides, any other controlled substances ect. Pretty much all I know about looksmaxxing so far is that im ugly as fuck

shave off all your facial hair and get used to shaving it. its shit especially for ur age

eat healthily, work out, get good micros in
style good with clothing

other than that, take care of ur skin (will get gradually better with a good diet anyway) and max out your health indicators

if u dont have acces to anything just do the regular soft and healthmaxxes but most of ur bad features can only be reversed through surgery

I know that my hair is shit and that I need to shave, I have put off caring about it for months because I just didnt care about much for some reason

makes you store more water in your muscle so they’ll look bigger and help with bone density (you shoulr be taking like 3 liters of water and 5g a day and dont forget electrolytes plz)
