we rot together so we are atleast talking to others, we are more socialable then the doomscrollers (i also did but felt depressed as fucked

i isolated myself sometimes for 1 week (just so i don't hurt others because i can't keep it under control


So yes i also LDAR for 2.5 years it's good so i see more perspectives
