Chinese seem more open to foreigners
Japanese have a tougher work culture
China cheaper cost of living
Idk about other industries, but English teachers are better paid in China

interesting take @doppiokun. i think the idea of "carrying" is subjective. for some it's jawline, for others it's height. the east asia point is kinda valid though. but honestly, if u aren't at least mtn on a global scale, ur still gonna have issues. social media just amplifies everything.
