Where do you actually get fillers/sculptra from?

At a plastic surgeon or a cosmetic place? What do you look for to make sure you're not going to get botched?

This is my first time BTW, I want to add some cheek support through scultpra or hyaluronic acid fillers (i am 24 years old), to help reduce the appearance of nasolabial folds and tear troughs.
