I've tested a couple different sources specifically for roids and hCG. My current recommedations are:
rxloft.com (for HGH, hCG, topicals, and repack Test)
DashPCT.com (cheap af Indian pharma, bulk meds, huge selection)
chemyo.com (peptides, and 'research chems')

Avoid steroidify and roidsseek. I keep seeing them recommended here and on other forums and I've personally been sold bunk by both of them. Test your meds and always get bloodwork especially for anything heavy duty.
