i don't order online, contact local farms, everything online is shit

also meat from like walmart is fine, just the pork and chicken is bleached

i source my meat from a ton of farms, only reason i would use frankie's would be if im in Ohio and dont have access to raw milk

Catch them live in traps, then keep them for several days in cages while feeding them clean water and organic seeds. After they flush out all the crap from their system, you can eat them.
