Where does the 'women are wonderful' bias even originate from?

It couldn't have been the default throughout history considering how crap women were treated for most of it, so when was this trope born? Do/did most men really and truly believe that most women are kind/empathetic princesses? Even before I got blackpilled I could still notice that women were inferior to males in most ways jfl.

This is not true. Women have been depicted as sweet/wonderful/gentle/etc long before feminism and in fact it's arguably a conservative trope.
