thats weird for me that for some people its natural that the tongue rests on the roof of the mouth because u need to use ur muscles to get it there

Roof. When I was 13/14 I went to a speech therapist who trained me to put my tongue on the top of my mouth. I did this before I got braces so I wouldn't have to get them more than once. Originally, my tongue rested on the bottom.
