I've been rather inactive in the past few months and I rarely see posts from familiar members anymore. 90% of posts I see are from new members I've never seen before. Not to mention the quality of content...

No, you didn't. You always had your own ideas and were quite stubborn in terms of experimentation. Also, Iirc, you mentioned significant improvements, but for some reason, they didn't last. You could live a healthy life, but I can't help someone with poor compliance. Well i take like 2000mg vit C and take vit D 8000iu everyday. I took phoshpahtidilcholine for like 6 months straight cause it didn't really help tbh, i was already seeing improvements then cause of eating buckwheat, it is the richest source of inositol so no wonder it helped, but is has a very boring yaste

I agree. I also stopped using it as much because all the posts are so low iq that there’s no point responding. It used to be way better in 2020 (I was a lurker before I created my account)

I joined in 2019. All I can say is the quality of content (and members) has progressively dropped since then. The forum used to be a decent distraction, but nowadays, I don't even think about coming here when I'm not drunk
