I used to think this but the thing is, I get way less IOIs compared to a few years ago despite no noticeable aging or drop off in looks, I’ve even wondered if maybe zoomer foids give out less IOIs. And I see so much shit like this that kinda confirms it.

Yeah it’s good but tbh the best way to become Nt is to force yourself to approach women, face rejection, and put yourself in social environments

Phenibut canbe very addicting and I got addicted to it it’s bad. Maybe once a month or so it’s fine but pls don’t rely on substances to learn social skills I had problems with alcohol too where I would drink too much and it affected my health. We have to change from within
