I really wouldn't cheap out on lasik i have heard some horror stories of people saying they feel like their eyes are painful and dry all the time, and they have to use eyedrops multiple times a day and also hot showers to help with the pain/discomfort.

I mean in America you know you're not going to get some dodgey laser that isn't the correct one for your eyes but they use it anyway. You know that they will be trained properly. You know that the aftercare will be really good.

There are definitely some good places in EU just don't go to some shithole.
