In the US there are fraternities, where you can basically live with a bunch of guys in a shared house instead of standardized dorm. And some of these fraternities, “pike” for example, have these reputations

Fraternity’s r brother hoods. What @theblueprints is saying is he’s in ‘pike’ which is known for its party and gym culture but the varis guy isn’t in pike or any other chapters. It’s js his gimmick.
