Where is this meme that zoomers are tall are coming from?

I go to college in the UK, and theres only one guy in my maths class that properly heightmogs me. Every other classmate that I know is in my year is one inch higher at most. But the majority are around the same size as me. If anything. I've seen 3 tall GenX teachers.

I think people's perceptions of reality are being warped by prettyboys on tiktok and insta. But the only actual moggers I know, (in height and face,) are in the year above. And even then they are rare, I've seen more fatasses and receding hairlines amongst my classmates than I see tall guys.
