Ok then listen. You might want to try just doing your regular shoulder + raise exercises and forget about neck. These can target it and you will see results as well. Your mileage may vary but it works for me and I don't have to think about it. Also in my opinion, you should not train neck too much unless you do a fighting sport. Or f1 racing but what are the odds?
just add it to whatever session is currently the shortest because theres no overlapping function or fatigue

I only have an hour and give or take 30 minutes, also ive seen huge freaking gains from ppl, idk why people hate on it, I work myself to my absolute limit each time I workout and it shows the next day

ohh okok, as long as ur split is actually doing shit then its whatever

No it doesn't show the next day. Not immediately. You might be in your early gains stage and that's why you feel like this. I'm not trying to discourage you by any means. Anyways to go back to your question, I raise you this one ; do you want to train neck for aesthetics or because you do martial arts?

I was exaggerating lol, your valid dont worry.

short answer: mainly aesthetics

long answer:
I have a slightly thin neck, that looks weird when compared to my frame/head, I just started working out regularly after a few years of on and offs, Iam just trying to let my neck catch up before I eventually start martial arts (just beginner level, for technique and cardio), but iam not planning on starting any, at least for the next 6 months

I actually believe in that too, I should give working out some time, then maybe target the things that aren't up to par with the rest

fuckk, spending too much time looking at yourself is no good, thank you you helped me reach a decision

and to answer your question: you never know :feelshah:
