And have fillers injected in the jaw angles & cheekbones. You could try to widen the chin as well, but the results may not be very stable.

As for hardmaxxes, I would suggest :
> rhinoplasty to harmonize nose width with mouth width and intercantal distance
> genioplasty for both vertical and horizontal enhancement (your side profile isn't shown, but, while at it, you might benefit from lateral advancement too). Some people may recommend a custom chin implant on top of genio to achieve a better shape, but I don't think it would be really necessary in your case.
