I stand 5'8.5 normally at the appointment I really tried my hardest to stand up straight. Bad posture loses me an inch prob

I'll probably make another thread not going to act till I get my hormone levels back and the growth plate x-rays.

Thanks for the help I will probably have an update in a few weeks if my growth plates are closed I guess I am fuck so who cares anyways maybe stretching can get me an inch

You're good though your height isn't enough to cause mental issues for me it caused a lot of mental issues I was close to suicide a few times I needed trt

Height isn't everything if your short and cannot change it then you should not waste a second on it.

But while I have a small window that I could possibly alter things I will focus on it. Better to try then to regret.

Roids can be bad long term TRT is safer for you. You can also keep doing it forever. Guys take TRT till they are 80.

So you can have stable 22 year old athlete Test levels till you die. Steroids are unstable and you cannot do them forever it will be worse in 5-10 years for you. Your body can only handle so many cycles. If your doing this for money thats understandable but for other reasons you only need TRT.

If you are on TRT and lift 4 years you would look like you are on roids to most people imo.

I’m an American jfl. I think I had to pay like $200. Without insurance it’s like $400-500 which is still crazy expensive. This was for a X-ray of both knee joints. They told me I was likely still growing even though my plates looked fused in the X-ray. Maybe they knew something I didn’t.

Literally a place like this is where I got my X-rays. They’ll be hesitant to do it obviously since it’s radiation. But keep pushing them and the doc will give in. I was having leg pains at the time so I just exaggerated it and said I wanna check for arthritis.
