anything above 12% is considered only safe for industrial application. It is a very powerful oxidizer. It is used in bleaching and rocket propellant. Also can be used in explosives hence the ban but you can find every drug under the sun in California black market on th streets if you know the right people. I'd imagine it's like that in Europe too. You'll more luck from dealers than online websites

Dentists only use this with chemical gum barrier to ensure only the teeth are exposed and not the Saliva or gums. If you want to teeth whitening properly save up and get it done by a professional who can protect your gums. You can also use those Dentist Take Home Trays they are like 10-12% and generally safe.

i plan on using 4mg gycolate hours before so i dont produce saliva and i already have a gum barrier, i just need a source lol.
