modified lefort 3, the safe version. I am desperate for this shit but I heard that Sinn retired now. Where can I find someone? I need lefort 2 but I heard thats too dangerous
My upper maxilla is recessed while lower maxilla is normal, I'd look like a monkey if I did lefort 1 or bimax

Who the hell does modified lefort 2? I couldn't find that anywhere. Do you mean quadrangular lefort 2? I'm also scared it'll make nose too high or make the cheekbones look too far back compared to maxilla. Does this fix bad undereyes?
