Where to bonesmash?

Started with infras, browridge, zygos, jaw and ramus. I have been going for 2 months now I see a little change in the jaw and zygos but for the rest apart from temporary swelling I see nothing.

Do I got to wait longer to see more noticeable changes or does bone smashing even work cuz I always see mixed opinions on it.

Nah i never took one i prob should have but i feel like the changes are really small maybe if i keep going at it will become more noticeable
