yeah dude, I have flat feet so I've been wearing insoles my whole life, they aren't even height boosting ones and they add like an extra inch or so on top of what my shoe already adds. literally no one has questioned me ever

there arent any shops which sell high quality lifts, theres a lot of options on amazon just buy one and stick to 2-3 inches not more than that with baggy pants so that u dont get caught
