I want a nice big property, no more suburban hell hole with nosy neighbors.

Building my house.

I want nice looking nature, maybe some water

Must be a FAFO state

No natural disasters is ideal although if on east coast I could build a hurricane proof house or whatever

West coast obviously would need to be earthquake proof

Midwest seems boring and tornado prone

I was thinking Texas but looks like shit, sounds boring af
