Docs said i need expansions but they only know the standard palate expander for kids; not MSE.
So the conversation was something like “ It requires surgery but no one wanna do it for aesthetics reasons. MSE?? What’s that? Sounds like fakenews”
So at this point im seriously considering to do it by my self
