Where to exactly apply Volufliline

I just ordered this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08422NWYZ?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details from a BOB thread and I was wondering where do you actually apply the volufiline and what moisturizer to mix it with. I want to apply it to my under eyes and my zygos.

why would u apply it anywhere else but for undereyes/upper eyelid?

from seeing anecdotal confessions from people who have used it for their zygos made me think about it but my main priority is undereyes/upper eyelid.

I don't understand how having more fat around your zygos will help.
You literally want next to no fat around them ideally.. You're just gonna look bloated.
