where to find abgs

i live in washington stare near seattle but abgs around here are very rare. my schools got like 1200 kids but theres oonly 1 asian girl in our grade and shes mltb and like 4 abgs throughout the entire school. my htn chang friend says that there are many abgs in surrey near vancouver bc when he visits there and he says he is just swimming in abgs when he visits his family in socal. i havent been to anywhere where i have found a large quantity of abgs so i would like insight on where to locate.
