I personally drink 7 drops a day of topical solution which equates to about 5mg. The only ingredients are minoxidil, propylene glycol and alcohol so it is safe for consumption.

Yes it works. Can't show results as I only started a couple weeks ago and didn't take before pics. But have noticed growth particularly in eyelashes.
