where to find stuff to get rid of scarring

I have a bunch of scars/marks on my arm and face from a long time ago that are essentially just dark spots now and I was thinking on how to get rid of them. Should I use a combination of brightening serums/creams plus tretinoin or should I do something else or am I just coping and there’s nothing I can do. ps where can I find suppliers for the stuff
