Where to find wider shoe height insoles?

I have ordered a shitton of shoe insoles and worn them out, but the problem is they are usually TOO NARROW.

Where do I find wider shoe insoles for heightmaxxing for foot size 44?

And not narrow manlet feet, but normal western man foot.

Need to gain 1-2 inch boost to get to that 6'4'' mark.

It wasn't. I legitimately can't find which chink vendor has bigger insoles. They all try to save money and create narrow insoles which are a pain to use. If you have any good vendors, please share.
