pretty sure I have adhd but I can eat the entire house normally but don't really gain weight. but atm I have no hunger pinning other shit like ozempic and eat like 500kals then another 600kals through drinks along with 4-5L water. took few different types of adhd meds from girls and I was dialed in and never had food cravings or like other signs but my heart rate was very high though

yeah i have adhd and get an extremely supressed appetite throughout the day, just make sure you have highly nutritious breakfast and dinner aswell as supplements to make up for the missed snacks and meals throughout the day, high heart rate is completely normal when on medication mine goes up to 101-130 at times but it’s completely normal as long as your blood pressure is good your fine.
