I have uneven skin tone and acne from time to time but other then that I’m clear I want it to be clear and even all around what can I use topically or orally

if your acne isnt that bad use tretinoin its best for clear skin and anti aging. But if ur acne is bad and penetrates deep into ur skin use tazarotene. U can also use tretinoin+azelic acid too.
