to be honest your best bet is getting good at a specific skill and making money off of that, while having multiple jobs, most rich people started off like that, wageslaving like crazy (working multiple jobs and making a ton of money like constantly), and in the mean time teach yourself valuable skills, find a niche you like and see yourself being good in whether thats a company you see potential in or things such as reselling, trading, designing, coding, social media, etc. Focus on one important niche and do some things on the side (combined with your multiple jobs ofc). Its gonna be hell for a while (im talking waking up at 6 am going to work then learning a skill when home and then working your other job, JUST A SHIT TON OF WAGESLAVING). But eventually it'll pay off, make connections with people in the field you want to specialize in, reach out, attend hangouts and put a shit ton of effort in.

Lets say you teach yourself Trading and start slowly making money, attend local hangouts and reach out online, you can also start posting on social media at that time, use the money from your wageslaving to support it while putting the other part away for basics (rent, etc and your surgery money), eventually you'll have a circle and connections and will earn more money. One, see if insurance can pay or partially pay your surgery
Second, trading, do a slave job and invest(High risk High reward) unless you are willing to slave till 30+ to get the money

to be honest socializing is a big part of making connections, you can maybe start posting social media then or reach out online. For jobs thats no problem as long as you find 2 jobs that you can do in synergy and pay you decent enough. I dont know alot about math/science jobs you can do at home but im sure theres something maybe like an accountant but you need good credentials for alot of things so thats why something like a degree is good to have. Im sure you can do something but the things i said were mainly for people who wanted to do their own thing/business and not work a job. Im sure you can eventually get a good at home job you just need to prove your skills to someone and see if they wanna hire you (kinda hard without a degree tho)

You can still have great success without connections although it will be alot ALOT harder. Especially in the business world, if its that bad and you are sure that you cant even try then your best bet is just wageslaving and trying to build something without socializing. Its gonna be harder although you can still succeed, being social is not a requierement for success but humans are social beings and if you're liked in your circles opportunities will be handed to you, everything will be easier, if you need help people will sacrifice their time and needs to assist you. You will get invited to more places and more people will know you, The status is also gonna help you with your dating life, IF you really CANT socialize i just gotta tell you you're setting yourself up for a harder time.
