Where to get rhinoplasty and canthoplasty?

Never really had the money for plastic surgery until now so I only recently started looking into it. My nose is not crooked but it is really wide and I don't like the apparency of it. From what I understand I would need open rhinoplasty to make it smaller and I think for a european nose like mine turkey would be the best place to go? Please enlighten me on this and maybe recommend some clinics/doctors. Canthoplasty I wanna get as well but it wouldn't need to be done at the same time and I could even get it done outside of Europe cause it's not as invasive and complicated. What do you think?

Turkey the Best place for sure, but relay chose wisely at wich clinic u are going

yea I think I have some ideas, it's just a bit scary cause most of the testimonials you see are about fixing crooked noses etc but not much about making the nose more narrow

Thank you! Yea, it's not only that though. I also want my alae and nose tip reduced. Hoping it's all possible in one surgery. I guess I just gotta contact a clinic and ask.
