Isn't melatonin illegal without a prescription in the UK. You can try getting it prescribed from a doctor just say you have insomnia. You can try 5mg but id use 10mg.

i’ve found some website offering 3mg tablets and it looks legit with over 1k reviews so i might just try this out, ive tried 5mg tablets before and they put me right to sleep so 3mg should be good ig.

If u take too much of it it can make u have high heart rate and lowk high inhib, js don't take too much regularly
