Where to go for a reverse genio?

Considering pag but he's known to be a butcher now apparently, he was the one who gave me the genio in the first place, now i do not like how it looks anymore because my chin looks too big now. pag also charges 16k

Ramieri seems ideal but he charges at least 10k or so for it plus i've seen some threads here where he fucked up a genio but that was insanely big genio, like 8mm+ or something.

im also considering a turkish surgeon or maybe some other lesser known one in europe so i can do it for a far more affordable price of somewhere around 5k or so but im willing to pay more to be safe. the chin has a lot of nerves and reversal can be tricky. i want my chin projection shortened by around 3mm or so, chin narrowed down by about 4mm. my chin was originally widened during my bimax.

It’s a lot for a genio tbh, but considering it also includes chin widening, which not every surgeon does, that kinda explains the 16k price.

On another note, you’d want your chin reduced because it looks like your chin is wider than your jaw, correct me if I’m wrong.

I think there are probably a few local surgeons who use custom guides to narrow your chin more precisely. That could help you get a cleaner and more controlled result.

There's 1 turkish surgeon that stands out for me but i don't know his prices if they were raised alot or not, DM me if interested.

Honestly I haven’t been researching much about the procedures since I haven’t gotten scans. Even with FWHR at the FMA it’s difficult to discern what’s necessary in at least my specific case. As well with Denkaren kind of warning everyone about Ramieri’s lateral mandibular setback and on the fly changes to the surgical plan since that was who I was planning to do bimax with.

any real vouches for bim? i would love to find a good affordable surgeon but the only issue is its hard to trust a random surgeon that doesnt have that many reviews or even has a few bad reviews (bim has 1 very bad and worrying review on google mentioning a botch). thanks.
