Hi all!

First time going into looksmaxing, I’m curious what you all would recommend.

I’ve had:
Bimax for medical reasons(also a slight geno just for repositioning)
I regret not knowing about looksmaxing then, could have had a better result.

Have been recommended:
- Cantho
- Eyelid surgery
- Implants (Jaw and/or chin, + cheek)
- Rhino

What would be the best route to go?

His nose is mostly straight, it's just large. Rhino can't change the size of your nose it can only refine the shape.
didn't know that, thank u.

Nigga what do u mean u got bimax and they gave u such shitty result 😭😭

Imo get trimax (bimax + genioplasty) first and then we talk again. One surgery after another. And then probably rhino plasty. But trimax is a big move and could ascend u a lot.

OP, as the only competent and realistic person here, get chin filler or a genioplasty for better chin projection, and use Lumify for your eyes. Unless you were stoned here or something. Nothing anyone else says here is going to apply to you since everyone on this site is under 18 years old and gained all their knowledge from snake oil salesmen.

You haven’t seen his before pictures though. I’ve seen severely recessed people get saved by these surgeries even if they don’t end up looking chadlite by the end

Too much fwg gets dangerous with these surgeries

Hey thank you! I’m going through the replies right now and didn’t see a quote option, so individually replying.

Looking up Lumify now! Would you recommend a chin/jaw implant? Or strictly look into filler/genio. Also, add rhino?

I had the chin moved with the bimax, but not too much so unsure if I could do it again. My bimax was for medical reasons(breathing) and there was definitely some aesthetic gains as I was recessed but that wasn’t the focus, and I wasn’t even aware of looksmaxing at the time or there definitely might have been a better result. I regret that a ton, but hey atleast I can breathe now.

If you're comfortable with getting an implant, that would work fine as well. Problem with implants is their reliability long-term, could cause bone resorption or just need revisions due to migrating slightly. Rhino isn't necessary if you ask me, your dorsum is straight and your nasal tip doesn't droop too much. Already having bimax done is a huge leg-up even if it didn't change a ton, you know what to expect from facial advancements now that you've done one of the biggest ones. I think chin filler/genio depending on your budget is the most realistic and highest ROI thing you can do. Some people will suggest random these wacky procedures like it's nothing but at the end of the day they won't make the change they believe it will.

Thanks again!!!

Just as an update, I went ahead and did a consult for filler and an implant. Definitely agree with you, seems like filler is the way to go. I did have a genioplasty(wasn’t very much) after the bimax, should I be looking into doing that again assuming it’s possible? I’m open to it.

As an aside it’s interesting you and and some others are saying no rhino. Hey the fewer the surgeries the better, my big consideration was that I have to get a septo from breaking my nose and a pretty highly regarded surgeon said he’d throw in a rhino for <$3000. If that’s the case, is it worth pursuing, and what should I ask to be fixed, or just make everything a bit smaller? (Since the dorsum is straight)

I’m somewhat considering the blepharo, but maybe down the road, and doing lasik now instead.

Sorry for the 1000 questions and I really appreciate the advice, wish there was a way to reward your replies. I’ll add another (unflattering) picture.
