To meet new people you gotta go one person at a time imo, and try to engage convo about something you heard or some shit like that.
If your 20 try working in fast foods, these kinda things work
And if you're at school then fit in a group idk how much better I can explain this

If you're stressed about it just drink until you're low inhib
