Cold-approach (requires above-average looks and good social skills). Library (it also involves approaching), dancing class, language class, maybe a job where there are a lot of girls..

I happen to think sometimes that there are no specific venues to meet girls because at the end it's all about getting choosing signals from them and being at the right place at the right time. This is why there is nothing more important than being attractive in the first place.

When you are at the top of your looks, it's kinda like every venues or ways to meet girls would be easy. Conversely, when you lack good looks, everything would be doomed to failure.

I'm giving you ideas brother but even myself I've been struggling for years. I don't know what are your looks level but I'd suggest you to work and improve this area first and foremost before doing all of the above. Then you can play the game.

The game is hard and harder but you can make it with some effort.
