If current laws stop you from moving, then London is basically ‘not the UK’ as there are communities from all over the world. Alternatively, depends if you like heat or cold, if you’re fluent in other languages, your nationality, and whether can work remotely. If you can work remotely, the Alps would be a great place to spend summer, in my opinion. I also have a friend who moved to the Bahamas to work remotely during lockdown and he is really enjoying it (he lives with gf so no need to be in large urban area to cast wide tinder net for sex and affection)

Isnt sweden or norway fairly similar to the UK? Its not warm there is it? What do you plan to gain by going there? Seems similar to the UK to me.

No Sweden is actually warmer. It's warmer in the summers and colder in the winters. Doesn't rain everyday too.

Wdym what will I 'gain'? It's just a better country. Houses are better, economy is better, weather is better. And the people there are simpletons so it's so much easier to socialise. Once u go outside of the UK or a main European country u realise how much of a police state it is.

Summer is coming so some Nordic countries will be warmer than you think, and very beautiful, and they speak perfect English (Stockholm? Copenhagen?). Alternatively, as above, Bahamas/other richer Caribbean islands might be a shout (but beware hurricane season later in the year). If you can get to Australia that’ll be warm. The biggest issue might be leaving the UK in the first place, as non-essential travel is banned

Having lived a little in Copenhagen, Stockholm and (very very briefly) Helsinki I can co-sign this. Unemployment won’t make you shit yourself because of the generous welfare state, there is a respect for personal space and public decorum, and the healthcare system is second to none. The only issue is winter - think five hours of sunlight a day (although surprisingly I got used to it). Relevant to looksmaxers: as a dark-featured, average-height white guy I found dating apps in Copenhagen and Stockholm slightly easier than in London, but not by much
