Ik im a grey feel free to roast tf out of me, but I'm serious, the amount of threads and information here is making me loose brain cells, for context I'm 18 and a gymcel, I'm already roiding, and I want to ascend, I had an old account on here back in 2023 but I forgor the pass, for the kind fellows out there can you give me genuine advice before I ldar.
