Where would a normal guy get steroids from?

I am 25 years old/6'3" and got super fat the past few years. I used to play bball and lift weights but depression and laziness got the best of me. If I want to go back to the gym and start again, where do I find steroids to speed up my fat loss/muscle building process? I live in the US.
